Steve Belkin wins the day
Published by The Cavalier August 22nd, 2005 in Atlanta HawksWe’d say any time you’re forced to sell your shares in the Hawks, you’re having the proverbial good one. It’s a bunch of junk you’ve heard a thousand times in a thousand press conferences - “happy to be here”, “we all love everything”, blah-blah-blah-words-words-we’re just like the Maloof brothers-blah-blah-blah. (Do they know who the Maloof brothers are?) Anyway, we think the pictures tell the true story:

It occured to us that despite all the hoops we’ve
watched, we’ve never actually looked at Joe

“You’re so fired if he sucks…buddy.”
“Nobody told me he had to play the point…friend.”

Joe realizes what he just became a part of.
