When the league announced the $100M NBA Cares charity program, we sat and stared at it for a long time, wondering how we could touch on it that special way we touch on things. We came up with nothing.
A little bit ago, we stopped by The BBallBlog and beat our heads against the wall 5 or 6 times, because they freaking nailed it. You need to go there and see for yourself – they deserve the traffic on this.
Now, a quandry. Being that this is a classic “we wish we had thought of that” situation, we would like to make it appear that we actually did think of it. We have very strict moral boundaries when it comes to the use and reuse of comedy, so the only solution is to buy the whole thing from BBallBlog. Here’s the process, BBallBlog:
1) We make an offer on the table, you come back with a counter offer, and we decide on a price.
2) You erase said post from your blog, and we put it up on ours.
