Bulls coach Scott Skiles has some choice words about Knicks drama coach Larry Brown. Apparently LB has been whispering sweet nothings in ex-Bull Eddy Curry’s ears.
Skiles took exception to what New York Knicks coach Larry Brown said Monday about former Bulls center Eddy Curry.“I have been surprised that there are a lot of things that we’ve been talking to him about that I think he hadn’t heard before,” Brown said on a teleconference with league media.
“Yeah, well, I’m pretty sure Larry invented the game,” Skiles responded. “It’s the second direct shot [at the Bulls] he’s taken. He also said that once he got the Chicago out of Ronald Dupree, he’d be able to do something.”
Such is the thing blog material is built on. Protocol calls for Larry Brown to respond to this by calling Stephon Marbury “poopy-pants”, which will result in the Bulls beating the Knicks by 30. The next day, Isiah trades all his young guys for Eric Snow and Jerry Stackhouse.
Yeah, somehow we used this as a reason to talk about what a mess of personalities the Knicks are, but – but – okay, what the fuck is Isiah Thomas wearing in that picture? What’s with the hat? And that looks like one of those Flashdance shirts!

Skiles may not look it, but he’s funny as hell, incredibly dry sense of humor.
Whereas Brown is just a miserable old jerk.
So does that mean they just haven’t “gotten the phoenix” out of Stephon? Or does he still have New Jersey on him?
And I heard that Isiah is looking to trade Malik Rose for a tape of Karl Malone working out.
