The Pacers are hurting

Only a week into training camp, and already the injury bug is chomping away at the Indiana Pacers again. The Indy Star reports that star forward Jermaine O’Neal, plus rotation guys David Harrison, Danny Granger, and Jeff Foster are all sitting out of tonight’s preseason game against the Nets.
Granger, the Pacers’ first-round draft pick, turned his right ankle in Monday’s practice. Carlisle did not know how long Granger will be sidelined.
O’Neal, who is dealing with a right thigh contusion, took part in non-contact drills Monday and hopes to play.
Harrison went through the full practice wearing a brace to protect the unidentified pain by his ribs on his right side.
“It feels like somebody is stabbing me,” he said.
Jermaine? You have a bruise. Get out on the court. The trainers don’t need to be wasting time with you when someone is clearly PRACTICING VOODOO on David Harrison.
