Tony Allen is getting arrested

It doesn’t seem like it should take this long for someone to get arrested, especially with the amount of evidence already collected, but we suppose these things take time to do right. Six weeks after the fact, Boston Celtic Tony Allen was finally picked up yesterday in Chicago for his part in that shooting early last month.
Allen isn’t considered a suspect in the shooting of Marktwain Johnson, 29, who was wounded in the left arm and left side. But Johnson and Nigel Odum, 24, have filed a civil lawsuit against Allen. Odum claims Allen punched him and fractured his left eye socket just before another man who was part of Allen’s group opened fire on Johnson.“[Allen] came in with his attorney, and he is under arrest pending charges,” said a law enforcement source.
We’re still wondering a few things about this case. Like, why would you want someone shot for talking trash over how much money you make? More importantly, is David Stern allowed to make Tony wear a suit in prison instead of the county blues?
