Before the Pacers beat up on the Heat last night, Commissioner David Stern tried to put all the Ron Artest talk to bed, complimenting the one-time runs-into-the-stands-and-beats-up-smaller-people guy and sometime small forward.
“I think he’s a great player and I hope he has an All-Star season,” Stern said. “I wished him well before, visited him a bit. And he’s made an already-strong Pacer team even stronger. They feel pretty good about their roster right now.”

Okay, what the hell is a “lusty” boo? Were people all horned up to be booing Artest? This could be really interesting if everyone reacts to him like that. Maybe he’ll run into the stands and have sex with someone.
