Shaq is into living a healthy lifestyle

CHOCOLATE!!Of all places, Shaq is on the cover of this month’s WebMD magazine. Why a medical magazine called WEB(md) has a print version, we don’t know, but Shaq explains in the interview how sometimes large just isn’t large enough, and that good nutrition is what he’s all about.
For O’Neal, life in his 30s is much the same as it was in his 20s-or at least his menu is. “I’ve been eating the same things all my life. I eat chicken and fish. The only problem that could get me in trouble is sandwiches and bread.”
O’Neal says that as the years have passed, he hasn’t had to refine his eating habits to account for a slower metabolism. Besides the lean meats, he chooses eggs and other sources of protein such as broccoli (45% of calories in a serving of broccoli is protein) and nutrition bars.
“I can’t eat burgers every day or a lot of sugar,'’ he admits. But “if there’s some fried chicken and macaroni and cheese at the house-I’m eating it.”
There’s some mixed messages there if we’ve ever heard them. We see much more mention of sandwiches, bread, fried chicken, and mac & cheese than anything else. Also, if we’re remembering that Cribs episode correctly, doesn’t Shaq have a chocolate fountain in his house? By his own admission - he’s eating it.
Maybe this new domesticated Shaq is what made him reach out and say hello to Kobe Bryant last night. Twice, even! Is your heart warm? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Answer.

Has Shaq seen himself lately? He’s huge - even by Shaq standards.
Did Kobe and Shaq seal it with a kiss?
Imagine Shaq in two years or even next year. Miami is going to be hurting.
