According to everyone, the Knicks just traded Kendra Davis and her husband to the Raptors for Jalen Rose and a 1st round pick.
This is a great trade for the New Jersey Nets, who weren’t involved. To get the inside word, we called Jalen Rose himself, who up until today, didn’t know he was good friends with us. Here’s how it went:

Jalen Rose!!!
Who is this?
It’s Johnny Depp!!! HAHA! HAHAHAHA!!!
Honestly though, this really is a great trade for the Nets. Jalen Rose gives the Knicks another swingman, which is exactly what they needed to set the record for most swingmen in the NBA. Toronto ends up going with a full-on youth movement, which is good for their future but bad for their present. All-in-all, the Nets can stretch their division lead over these two by another 8 or 9 games.
By the way – let’s come clean and admit we didn’t really do that to Jalen Rose; we did it to our dad. We didn’t even feel bad about it, either. Are we man or monster? Some of both maybe, huh…
