I already have this figured out. 3+5=8. 8 to the power of 0 is 1. So, the only reasonable explanation is that Stevie and Cuttino were married by Gilbert Arenas.

“Top backcourt for years.” What’s Steve talking about? Just off the top of my head, I can name five backcourts a little better or WAAAAYYY better than Francis & Mobley in the early 2000s … 1. Steve Nash & Michael Finley; 2. Jason Kidd & Richard Jefferson; 3. Sam Cassell & Ray Allen; 4. Kobe Bryant & Derek Fisher; 5. Mike Bibby & Doug Christie.
Yeah. It takes time. I think Marbury & Francis will be fine–and they may go down as the best. It’s possible.
But Francis & Mobley were not the best backcourt in the early 2000s!

I’ve said this many times – they have arguably the best perimeter player in the game and a top 5 center (if not top 3).

You should be able to put average NBA players around those two pieces and if they all work their asses off hustling on defense, the boards, and for loose balls, you’ve got a 45-50 win team.

This shit where they come out all unfocused is just unacceptable, and LeBron is as bad as any of them, if not the worst. The problem is he can come out unfocused, dick around, and almost get a triple-double. (25/9/7 last night)
