We all know that Ben Gordon is open to being your friend on myspace. What does one get out of that friendship, however? Is it worth the effort?
We’re quite happy to simply be his friend, but our old NFL man The Beard apparently needs something more, and has been trying to get him on AOL Instant Messenger for the past 2 or 3 weeks now. With the Chicago Tribune and Bulls coach Scott Skiles accusing Gordon of having lost his focus, we’re guessing there could be some correlation.

I aint playin’, I spoke to him once. It was the night of the Duke-UNC game, I asked him if he was gon watch the game and he said yeah and when i asked who he thought would win he said he didnt know, and then of course, he signed off.
Next time ask him if he reads YAYsports, and if he does read it, does he say things like “man, that’s a swell blog” after he’s done.
i actually DID get him to have a conversation with me. or somewhat of a conversation.
