We saw the commercial for Tim Allen’s remake of The Shaggy Dog and had to laugh, as we spent a few days on this set. Yes, that’s us there acting all confused because either Tim Allen or Robert Downey, Jr. is displaying dog-like tendencies right there in court. This was a lot of fun – we were instructed to murmur and talk like “oh my gosh, what’s going on, etc, etc”.
So we got with that girl standing behind us and the two of us would write down lines for each other to say. We made a rulethat we weren’t allowed to look until the camera was rolling, so what we’re probably doing right at that moment is laughing our ass off. We don’t remember any of the lines except we know we made her yell “Riggs!!! I’m gettin’ too old for this shit!!!” and “Oh my god!!! We’re all going to die!!!” If you’ve never been around movie extras, some of them take it really seriously, so this was both disruptive and fun.
Our myspace adventure is chugging along fine – we’re friends with Jenna Jameson, Need4Sheed, a fake Shaq, and many other people. As of this writing, we’re still not friends with the sandwich, Ben Gordon, or Charlie Villanueva, who refers to himself as “The Chosen One”.
There’s an astounding amount of people imitating NBA players and Star Wars characters on there. That’s not nearly as surprising as the number of people who either think they’re talking to the real players or are simply willing to submit to what’s a strange fantasy.

Mr. Irrelevent, aka Mr. AOL Sportsblogger Live, aka Jamie Mottram, is today the proudest man on Earth.
We’d be ignorant not to mention that The Tar Heel is making love to ESPN computer programs.
We think we used all our space talking about ourselves, so we’ll conclude that if anyone has any tips for not becoming addicted to myspace, we’re in desperate need of them, like, now. (UPDATE – Ben Gordon is our friend, but sandwich is not. Maybe this is the right time to ask for some freestyling a bit again?)
