3. This presents an intersting discussion. On the one hand, a man is old enough to kill at 17 by joining the army. On the other hand, one can only drink beginning at 21. Therefore, I recommend voting not at a particular age, but instead only if you are intelligent enough to make a competent decision. For most people, that would be only between ages 17-21- one can kill, but not do in under the legal influence of alchohol.
