The Toronto Rnaptors (say it – it’s fun) just won the NBA Draft Lottery, and will almost definitely pick one of the good college players, because that’s all they’re allowed to do.
New GM Bryan Colangelo is all excited, because winning is fun, and he also has full government health coverage.
“For us to have this kind of luck is a symbol of a reversal of fortune going forward,” Colangelo said. “…We have our work cut out. This will help.”
Help is right – there’s an endless parade of name talent just waiting to be taken.
There’s moustache guy, and Duke guy nobody likes, and LSU guy, and guy with two T names guy, and David Aldridge’s nephew, and other guy, and other other guy, and guy who writes Golden State Warriors blog guy, who declared, and has his highlights assembled for you.
If that wasn’t enough, Dave also can shoot free throws. We’ll be following this extensively – it’s far more interesting than another one of Chad Ford’s mock drafts.
If you haven’t gathered by now, we have no interest until they step foot on an NBA floor.

as a Raps fan I gotta say.. TRADE THE PICK! We need a veteran PG or big man… use the top pick to get a PG or big and a pick lower in the first round
who’s the ugly fucker?
btw, i got a hit from “thatsportsblog.com” — will “who shot thatsportsblog.com?” be the sequel to mamba?
this is a reversal of fortune as colangelo said. i think bryan will use the pick wisely. whether to trade or not, i trust b.c. . finally we have a first class g.m.
bryan make the right call,
