Raja Bell doesn’t want you to touch his website yet

For those of you who thought we were kinda hard on PHX guard Raja Bell for his sudden burst of egomania, we’ll remind you the main reason we did it was because he referred to getting slapped in his face like 40 times in a minute and a half.
If you didn’t believe the man’s become a little full of himself, go take a look at his website, which currently has a countdown timer.

Because the world is sitting on edge waiting. Oh my god, we’re going there the second it’s launched. We may just sit here and stare at it, hoping some glitch will let us in early. What will we do between now and then? How will we possibly fill these hours?
Only 19 days left. Thank god it counts in milliseconds - that way every moment of your life can be filled with a feeling that you’re that much closer to nirvana.
I love Raja, but that’s beyond annoying. Please. Does Tim Thomas have a website?
That is the most beautiful website i have ever seen. Looks like an MI:3 teaser. Does he glow because he is in posession of the orange roundie?
Tim Thomas’s website was horrible for years, then one day he had it redesigned to be awesome, and pretended it had been awesome for years.

Bell’s website reminds me (the glowing element probably) of that old Kevin Johnson shoe commericial (Nike?) from around 13 years ago. Remember that? He was showcasing mad skills across THE SURFACE OF THE SUN! I (my mom) bought those shoes, they had something like a purplish gel-flashy thing on the side…i think…c’mon, I was 10 years old.

A man has the freedom to design his website however he likes.
If Raja was a friend of yours, you wouldn’t be so quick to make judgement on a simple count down timer. You would probably just laugh with your friend, and think it’s all in good fun.
Please, people, cut the cynicism.
