LeBron James is on TV

by The Cavalier on September 22, 2006 · 5 comments

We all know by now that LeBron had lunch with Warren Buffett the other day, probably to discuss pesos. Tonight he hits Letterman in a segment that was taped on Monday.

LeBron James

He’s allegedly the lead interview, and is followed by Z and Drew Gooden, and their band, “The Z and Drew Gooden Band”.

What follows here in this post is another recent LeBron appearance, on the MTV show SportsBlender, which JE Skeets now feels he should be hosting.

This is the type of comedy we like – it’s obviously deliberately dumb, but you’re left questioning whether it’s dumb just to be dumb (see: Tom Green; fart jokes), or whether it’s a so-dumb-it’s-smart type of situation (see: Arrested Development, early Simpsons).

We think it’s the latter, but you watch and come to your own determination.

Took us awhile to figure out why he did this show – about until we noticed the Powerade logo. By the way, Skeets – we’re pretty sure you’re addicted to YouTube. True, yes?

haha I saw that the other day, too. I used to love that game – in college we played the entire playoffs once. Every single game, and we kept stats. This was all done on paper back before the game let you do shit like that.

What is this “paper” you speak of?
