   est= is

   I’m not sure if you are doing this purposly but i think Tony parker est dans la garage makes more sense.

   no way, my name is the Festiva and that starts with F, just like french, and I’m 100.9% sure that et means “is” or “really likes crepes” like the cavalier said. After all, my name starts with F.

    i agree with hello, et means and, in french and est means is, so PARKER EST DANS “LE GARAGE” but that saying still doesnt make any sense and its not LA GARAGE, but LE GARAGE.
