Wow, we’re really sorry we’ve been an absentee blogger the past couple days – we can’t guarantee anything until Sunday, when we’ll be back to full power.
What’s happened the past couple days? Outside of the thus-far successful pairing of AI and Melo and a 27-0 run by the against the Knicks, a ton, actually.
LeBron’s long-rumored deal with Microsoft is official, and the ads will begin next week. They’re for Windows Vista – does this mean Vista will only run when it really feels like it, and all of the attached devices, like printers and scanners, will then follow suit?
Thanks to Matt for directing us the photo gallery of Cleveland Browns receiver Braylon Edwards’ website. We don’t mean this as a criticism, but it makes him look hilariously gay. There’s pics like that one, and also lots of him all oiled up and shirtless.
John Paxson has painted a big target on Pau Gasol, which is bad news for the rest of the East, especially if Memphis can be suckered into taking Ben Gordon.

Is David Stern putting in rules regulating which clubs players can and cannot go to? If so, isn’t this just putting people in seemingly safe clubs at risk of being shot by Stephen Jackson?

Seriously, we’re so sorry – we hate just throwing up an EXPLOSION mid-week with nothing else, but we have no choice this week.

You can GROW butter? Damnit, I have wasted my life! Also, Braylon looks to be playing a game of “Guess what just got shoved up my ass*?”
*Home grown butter
No way the Bulls trade Ben Gordon. They’ll be looking to get rid of Nocioni and Duhon to start the bidding and Deng and Tyrus Thomas will go before Gordon…See more about this later from me..
I’d never get rid of Deng over Gordon. Never, ever, ever.
Turns out Ty Thomas is going to be a 3 and not the 4 they thought he would be. Nocioni can possibly hold them over at the 3 for 1 1/2 yrs until Thomas either becomes something or they go another direction. They can’t trade Gordon because he is the only player they have that can score in bunches, and seemingly, whenever he wants. I love Deng, and would hate to see him go. I’m hoping for a Noce, Duhon, PJ Brown and 1st round pick for Gasol deal. I hear the Magic have something on the table for him though too but I haven’t heard any details. I know (yes I have a source) that Paxson doesn’t want to give up Deng unless he absolutely has to, but won’t give up Gordon. There is a belief that they have this year and next before Ben Wallace becomes a bench player so they have to make a run at it soon. On top of that they have contract extensions coming up for Deng, Gordon and Nocioni so one of them has to go.
I would have a REALLY tough time getting ride of Ty Thomas or Deng. The former is just so ridiculously athletic, it’s hard to think that he even has a ceiling. The latter has really proven himself this year, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him in an all star game in the next two years.
A mistaken malapropism?
You’ve changed, Cavalier… you’ve changed.
Heehee, butter.
