Post-delusion EXPLOSIONS

by The Cavalier on January 12, 2007 · 13 comments

Yeah, that Cavs-Suns game didn’t really go too well. We said it yesterday – trying to run will only cause confusion and 19-0 runs.

Here’s one of the new animated ESPN/NBA spots – not bad, but isn’t that version of the Pistons a little outdated?

The sad story of poor ol’ JJ Redick and his non-playing life in ORL.

CBS’s Tony Mejia says the Kings suck – that’s not totally true; just mostly.

Send Tony Parker to the All-Star Game – with smooth lounge music and yes…hamburgers! Vive la France! (Go to the link – in retrospect, that place really deserves its own post.)

Reading Jeff’s “throw in the towel on this year, but maybe next year…maybe…” piece at Celticsblog…it’s all so heartbreaking.

Shaq and the chubby exiles return to practice for the Heat.

The Pistons are allegedly the leaders in the Chris Webber race, and DBB thinks he could replace Nazr in the starting line-up.

Jason Kidd gets a divorce-inspired triple-double in the Nets win over the Bulls.

The Knicks are still trying to buyout Steve Francis, despite their denials. This is the hot new trend, it seems. Who’s next? Adonal Foyle? Antoine Walker? Erick Dampier?

I can answer the first question in the animated ESPN/NBA spot: No, no we will not

If J.J. Redick and Adam Morrison switched spots would anyone be able to tell a difference (besides the ’stache)?

How funny is it that Phoenix are trying to buy out Jalen Rose? Pretty darn funny if you ask me.
Has a player ever been bought out of two contracts in one season?

And putting Damp in that group doesn’t really make sense since he actually is a vital (in the sense that he at least produces) to the teams season.

Yeah, that Pistons spot is very dated. That’s new?

Yeah, I think so. Kobe is wearing #24 and stuff.

Sorry about being tardy to the party, but i’ve been swamped in paperwork. Hamburgers? The f? Damp and vital in the same sentence is like saying Damon Jones was worth the money. Tony won’t make the allstar team. Nor do I want him to make it. He doesn’t deserve it this year.

Little known facts about Tony Parker:

1. My real name is Tony Parker. I don’t have some kind of man crush on him or anything (zack k Dirk = LUV_hearts).
2. I’m part French, again a coincidence. Not fluent in it, but I know enough.
3. Contrary to popular belief, i’m not a homer. I don’t reside in San Antonio (born there). I live in New York. I’m just a Spurs fan at heart.

4. I’m a little shit faced, to many Coronas so bear with me. The Spurs will win the championship this year against…..who cares? Detriot’s getting Webber, so they’ll suck, Miami has to wait for Shaq to come back (at like 450 lbs.) then what? The Cavs lose to teams by 30 points, and everyone other team is mediocre to fucking poop at best. The West? Only competition we’ll have are the Suns. I guarantee you that. They run. We don’t. The Mavs beat us by a combined 8 points the last two games(when they’re at full strength and on winning streaks), while we were playing guys like Bonner(?), 52 yr old Robert Horry, clueless Brent Barry, injured Manu (of course), injured Tony, injured (and out) Elson, and lest we forget, a guy that wouldn’t make it to most benches on NBDL teams in Oberto (God that guy fucking sucks monkey balls). I mean, think about it. If the Mavs are that great, would’nt you think with that line-up we would have gotten eaten alive? The Mavs are a mediocre team. Admit it Mav fans. Your team is soft, in-experienced, and lightly talented. Rant over. PS: Cav, what the f man? THAT team will contend? lol.

So do you actually watch basketball games or do you just jerk off to pictures of le french & his soon to be wife? Mavs are soft? Check out the defensive stats. Maybe watch a few games. I find it funny how a team can be mediocre while sporting two 12 winning streaks in the first 30-something games of the season. In-experienced? The entire core have been to the NBA Finals. I’m not even gonna bother with the lightly talented-remark. I never said Damp was worth the money he’s payed, but he’s still an important part of this Mavs-team. The Cavaliers won both games against SA this season. And you lost to the Bobcats. Actually the longest win-streak SA has put up this season is 5.

And seriously, who the fuck drinks Coronas during any season not known as summer?

“I find it funny how a team can be mediocre while sporting two 12 winning streaks in the first 30-something games of the season.”

“The Cavaliers won both games against SA this season. And you lost to the Bobcats.”

^^Quotes by zack or his man-thong wearing assistant “carlo”. Notice you didn’t comment (or read) on the following, which would make your whole argument null-void, making me once again smarter than any commenter here:

“The Mavs beat us by a combined 8 points the last two games(when they’re at full strength and on winning streaks), while we were playing guys like Bonner(?), 52 yr old Robert Horry, clueless Brent Barry, injured Manu (of course), injured Tony, injured (and out) Elson, and lest we forget, a guy that wouldn’t make it to most benches on NBDL teams in Oberto (God that guy fucking sucks monkey balls). I mean, think about it. If the Mavs are that great, would’nt you think with that line-up we would have gotten eaten alive?”

As far as Coronas go, the fuck? I never heard of that, rookie. Maybe you need to step (start)your drinking game up. Maybe there in ‘ol shit hole down south you live in might have such rules, not in the northeast. My condolences guy, cause your missing out.

I, too have never heard of this Coronas in the summer rule.
Whoever subscribes to that is not only a dumbfuck, but is also missing out.
