Friday Afternoon Contest on Trivia
Published by StopMikeLupica March 30th, 2007 in NBA(The Cavalier is on an extended leave of absence. He did not write the
following, as he is walking the earth like my man from Kung-Fu.)

Bonus Question/Contest:
Everyone here hopefully knows that Yaysport’s own (The Cavalier) christened the “Orange Roundie”, to much success. Whoever comes up with the cleverest/wittiest name for the old ABA ball (hint: not “the red, white, and blue roundie”), subject to the opinion of SML and The Cavalier (yes, we are looking for his input on this one) will win one of these cool tees that yaysports sells. We’re partial to the Balkman shirt ourselves, but SML will buy you one of your own. Because SML knows that everyone has a price….
We’ll be back around 3ish with our last post of the day. But keep those names coming, and we’ll announce our winner next Friday. Peace, ya’ll.

I like to think of The Cavalier more like the guy from Lone Wolf and Cub, or Shogun Assassin if you prefer.
But they’re the same guy, only one’s dubbed in English. I know I shouldn’t, but…
“When I was little, my father was famous. He was the greatest Samurai in the empire, and he was the Shogun’s decapitator. He cut off the heads of 131 lords, for the Shogun. It was a bad time for the empire….”
I like to call my old ABA Ball “Fred”. This is because growing up there was a kid I didn’t like named Fred. So, whenever I play poorly and kick “Fred” across the court(s) I release two forms of frustration. So, my initial entry is “Fred”. Although, I reserve the right to enter as many times as possible!
The Neaballiton?
We always call my red white and blue ball “Old Glory”.
