We don’t have nearly the affection or attention span for baseball as we do basketball, and as we’ve said previously, we don’t really follow the thing unless the Indians are in it.
Thus, we haven’t built up the healthy man-hate for “A-Rod The New York City Yankee” that most have.
THAT SAID, he’s 0-everything in this series, and likes to smile at the ump’s crotch.
What does he have to say about that? Well, what’s cool about the internet is that you can go and copy/paste quotes from other places and then color them blue. Then you put in some left-right indentation. That’s how you find out.
“I looked up, I knew he had (thrown) over 100 pitches. That’s the spot of the game where you want to be,” said Rodriguez, who finished 0-for-4 with three whiffs.
“There’s no question, I was excited about the situation. I thought I was the right man at the right spot. I worked him, fouled off a couple pitches. I tip my cap. It’s not over, though. We’ve got to come out swinging (tomorrow).”
Yeah, that can all sound really gay if you decide it does.
Anyway, now that we’ve watched two Indians games this year, we’re all excited about the team, even though we don’t know any of them. (Back in the 90s, we knew like everything about every single Indian.) We’re trying to learn, though.
So far we’ve got C.C. Sabathia, Farno Carmine (he pitched lasterday), Grady Sizemore, Victor Martinez, Kenny Lofton (duh), Ralphio Perez (he got the win), Carmona (like Madonna), and Matt (he’s one of the other players). Oh, and the manager is Doug Wickle.
One more game (to close out the New York City Yankees) and we should have the whole roster down.
NOTE: We must say, it’s sad that this series is ending as quickly as it is – it’s fun to taunt and poke at the New York City Yankees. Of course, going to war with the City of Boston Red Socks will be 800-gazillion times more fun, so we’re okay with it.
NOTE 2: LeBron didn’t go to the game – he was busy at the Cavaliers Wine-and-Gold Scrimmage, where Larry Hughes shot 1-13.

I’m 100% sure they will not win the championship though. They’ll fail like all Cleveland sports teams. And how do you see the Cavs doing this season? I’m predicting a 1st round exit team.
Kinda like my Mavs last season….
I’m not sure about the Harris deal either. What will be Terry’s role? He’s a pretty small 2.. And Jones? Horrific. I’ve never liked Jones. I was also hoping for a vet big man. Might as well dump Mbenga and let him get his own Diop-deal. This is a win now team that should have added something more. I’m really excited about J-5 this year though!
And the NBA should really hurry the Hawks thing, they aren’t able to do anything substantial.
