Apologies to that guy on the right who we’ve publicly accused of working in an office – we’re sure he’s actually like a coach or something, but hey – we’re delirious right now.
The Indians are one win away from the World Series, and that one win will come…on Thursday.
This might be THE YEAR, Cleveland people, and it begins with The City of Boston Red Socks going home all slimy and losery and high-wasted-payrolly the day after tomorrow.
Now, we’re embarking on a little research/planning project that may or may not work.
Emails from readers have yielded the revelation that there may not be any significant public gathering of Tribe fans here in Los Angeles. As such, we’d like to try and see if we can organize something somewhere.
Again, we don’t even know if enough of the readership is left to facilitate such a thing, but we can’t make it back to CLE like we did for the NBA Finals, and we need to be prepared to watch some Cleveland Indians baseball with Clevelanders…especially if this is THE YEAR for our fair city.
So, if you’re in the Los Angeles area and want to gather, send us an email at yaysports@gmail.com with “TRIBE LA” in the subject line. If we do this, we might even bring some scenes from WSM?, and then you can all come back to the internet and tell the naysayers to shut their holes.
(If you know anyplace that Tribe fans are already gathering, email us that and save us the trouble of doing this, also.)
NOTE: We think Boney had Optimus Prime call us lasterday to tell us Jack Cobra is working with Megatron.

Go for it, Cav. I’m working my very limited LA connections to see if I can figure out any Cleveland location out there, but I don’t know if they can come through or not.
Cav i have an extra ticket to the game on thursday so if you scrape together some money and fly to cleveland i’ll take you. but only if i get a free preview of mamba.
