Dikembe Mutumbo is brushing his teeth

So in the second great hygienic discovery of this blog’s life, we picked up this new Crest Pro Health Night toothpaste.

(The first was the Old Spice Combined Shampoo/Bodywash Discovery of early 2006.)

This stuff is weird – it like toothpaste you’re only supposed to use at night – it claims it will leave your mouth nice and fresh in the morning, in case we want to make out with our pillow. All we can say right now is that it works, and we want to know why.

Here’s what they’ll tell you at the website:

Pro-Health Night Toothpaste
New Crest Pro-Health Night Toothpaste protects your mouth at night for a healthier mouth that is cleaner in the morning versus brushing alone with a standard toothpaste. It uses the unique Polyfluorite Systemâ„¢ to provide protection against cavities, gingivitis, plaque, tooth sensitivity and tartar, plus it freshens your breath with a cool, clean mint flavor. But it doesn’t stop there. Crest Pro-Health Toothpaste is formulated to provide excellent whitening benefits, too.

Okay, you can’t just tell us you stuck your Polyfluorite System in our mouths and then walk away. There are two massive issues here:

1) What the hell is in your Polyfuorites that it does these amazing things?

2) Why, if this stuff is so powerful, is it only to be used at night? It’s not that our mouth is under constant assault of being in bad shape throughout the day, but it only makes sense that if there a toothpaste that will leave you minty fresh in the morning, it should be used during the day, as well.

Sorry to get all into this, but we’re constantly on the prowl for the perfect toothpaste. Almost everything has whitening garbage in it now, and what that whitening stuff is leaves like a film on our gums.

Anyway, we had some nice emails congratulating us on our horrible short-term dating/relationship post the other day, so here’s two more:

- We went on a hike with this girl once – we guess it qualified as some kind of exploratory first date or something. There was a kiss involved at the conclusion of the day’s activities.

The very next time we saw this girl was the very next day, when she stopped by our (at the time) job unannounced, and proceeded to try to hold our hand as we walked her out. We just like pulled it away, and were like, as politely as possible, “what are you doing?”

If you haven’t guessed what happened next…we never talked to her again.

We’re enjoying Facebook – it’s clean and user-friendly and has all kinds of verifications and such. You can click on people’s profiles without music coming on or having seizures from their backgrounds.

Cavaliers in GSW tonight – let us know how it goes!

No worries – I don’t know what either of those words mean anyway.

I’m in process of setting up a website for it give me a few. I think I may be able to get some tshirt sales out of this one.

Wow. Such unprevoked attacks will not be stood for. Boney wouldn’t know anything about brushing. Hence the site is called “Mind of Boney”, not “Mouth of Boney”. Remember that scene in Little Shop of Horrors when Steve Martin displays the dog’s mouth? Actually the dog couldn’t make it that day so they used Boney as a stand-in. True story. See, Boney doesn’t need his teeth. They just get in the way. How else do you think he “won” his jeep?

DAMN! Jordi is spitting some seriously venomous words lately!

He must be mad that I attacked JackCobra the other day

Just an FYI… Larry Hughes is hurt. Adjust your Cavaliers viewing habits accordingly.

Also, this night paste intrigues me.

You gave Boney Photoshop?
Damn, I gave you (and 10 lucky readers)Game 5 on DVD and I didn’t get Photoshop. I thought we had a Mail Each Other Illegal Copies of Things thing. I guess not.

17 The Cavalier November 6, 2007 at 7:20 pm

You want Photoshop? I’ll give you Photoshop. You want Photoshop?

18 Boney November 7, 2007 at 8:49 am

Is The Cavalier not allowed to give me things TVBrain? I asked nicely, and I haven’t even said anything bad about the Cavaliers in like a week or so.

19 STILLAJEW November 7, 2007 at 10:19 am

I don’t know why everyone is asking Cav for photoshop. If you want photoshop for free just go get it! btjunkie.org is just one of many bit torrent sites where you can down load it for free. Hell, I got Final Cut Pro Studio from there the other night and that’s like a $1300 program.

I understand Boney asking for it since he’s functionally retarded, really old and barely understands how to operate his talking box with moving pictures but the rest of you?

You should down load it yo self, rather than have Cav send it to you.

It’s nice of him and all but damn, I’m not sure of the liability implications, I’m just sayin is all. Damn. (shaking head slowly)

20 Jeremiah November 7, 2007 at 10:29 am

I agree. Like the movie doesn’t take up enough of his time already. I’m not telling you you should do it, but the people that “do it” use the following which can be googled and downloaded for free:

Azureus
VLC player

Wut u do wit dat info is yo bidness.

21 Boney November 7, 2007 at 1:38 pm

STILLAJEW? I’m not too old to know of all these high tech sites that you cheap (you know whos) “people” go to in order to download illegal programs and files. You see, back before 9/11 when I was just a fresh pup out of high school, I studied and actually performed in the world that you call “eye-tee” or “IT” on paper. I understand these bit-torrent sites and how useful they are. Considering that most of my software is already burned to a disc that I’ve either “borrowed” from work, “borrowed” from a friend, or I’ve just had for whatever reason, it’s just easier to shove a cd in my cd booklet and not have a bunch of rando files scattered throughout.

My computer is a tightly run ship, I do not need to worry about worms and/or virii that try to infect my steez, yo.

Now go back to your Manischewitz and your dreidels… it’s almost time for the miracle of lights!

22 STILLAJEW November 7, 2007 at 1:47 pm

NICE! That was the most game I’ve seen from you in a long time Boney!

I just tried some of that toothpaste last night. My mouth was indeed fresher this morning than other mornings. I wasn’t brave enough to use the toothpaste this morning, though.
