Have you thought of creating a website that, for instance, chronicles all the “terrible” or “awful” things about the NBA? You could point out things like bad stat lines, and call NBA players silly names for not having a good day on the court. This is the business model for basketerrible.net; are you in??

I wonder if the first guy to actually photoshop a thought or speach bubble onto a photo back in 97 is totally screaming at his computer screen every day “I DID THAT FIRST, I THOUGHT OF THAT, GIT OFF MY KOOL AID!!!!!!!!”

I doubt it. But it’s fun to imagine the comb over flaring wildly in air as he stomps the ground and shakes his fist at nothing in particular…

Dear You’s Guy’s…
You should all check out http://www.basketbawful.com, it’s great, they have all these HIGHlarious photoshop bubbley things. It sort of reminds me of…scoop…er…cav…well…I forgot…but I guess they think that Dwight Howard looks like a poodle. Sometimes the bubbles say “woof” and have dog faces on his enormous basketball body. Those guys are great. Check em out. It may just be the official favorite site of scoop jackson. They ought to coin that idea too. Those guys are clever like that.

I use Photoshop to make thought bubbles for my own personal pictures and email them out to my “undiclosed recipients” list instead of actually working. In other news, I made reference to the Orange Roundie in front of my mom and she called me original and witty.

Has anyone acknowledged that the thought bubble use is a blatant rip-off? I noticed it a couple times this week, how long have they been ripping it off? It’s almost so obvious it has to be a joke, pretty sad.
