Allen Iverson is famous
15 Comments Published by The Cavalier October 3rd, 2007 in NBA, Misc., Cleveland Cavaliers, Denver Nuggets, Life Discussions, Allen Iverson, Who Shot Mamba?, Chris Bosh(Despite all of our complaining, the “Chris Bosh as Dinosaur” never gets old for us.)
Since writing about how depressed the Cavaliers are right now isn’t all that fun, allow us to turn instead to the uplifting.
That would be (in keeping with the theme of the day) the super-heroic exploits of Allen Iverson.
It seems AI spent […]

Game Two of the NBA Finals comes up on Sunday and in case The Cavalier doesn’t let you know what needs to be done…..here it is for you. Is my computer jacked up or is that practice uni pink?
First of all, […]

Wow. Is it Thursday already? I guess it is.
Hello, again. I’m Jordi Scrubbings from The Serious Tip sitting in for The Cavalier, […]
Linas Kleiza is a Denver Nugget
30 Comments Published by The Cavalier March 16th, 2007 in NBA, Kobe Bryant, LA Lakers, Denver Nuggets, International, Standings, Allen IversonWe’ve all been waiting for that day when Denver’s Linas Kleiza breaks out, and lasterday night it finally happened.
Linas scored 29 points, helping the Nuggets send the Lakers to their 7th straight loss. It also bumped DEN into the 6th playoff spot, which means the Lakers are now the 7 seed.
(Are there three more […]
Allen Iverson is getting surly
16 Comments Published by The Cavalier March 10th, 2007 in NBA, Detroit Pistons, Carmelo Anthony, Denver Nuggets, Allen IversonThere’s not much to say about the Cavaliers on this day, save for their impending match-up with a nearly fully-armed and operational Milwaukee Bucks squad, so we have little choice but to touch on last night’s Pistons-Nuggets game.
(This is partially to get FIOS and Boney off the very top of the page. There have […]
Allen Iverson is brave and kind
7 Comments Published by The Cavalier February 21st, 2007 in NBA, Carmelo Anthony, Denver Nuggets, San Antonio Spurs, Tony Parker, Allen IversonWith the limited number of games they’ve yet to play together, yesterday everyone in Denver was still wondering how this Iverson/Melo pairing is going to really work out.
What could’ve helped move the needle over toward “great!” would’ve been a game night the last against the Celtics or maybe even the Sonics - one of the […]
Carmelo Anthony is not an All-Star
4 Comments Published by The Cavalier February 2nd, 2007 in NBA, Carlos Boozer, Carmelo Anthony, Denver Nuggets, All-Star Games, Allen IversonThey unveiled the All-Star benches last night on TNT, and while we’d love to label “biggest controversey” as two NJ Nets on the East roster (Kidd/Carter), there’s a bigger one that everyone will be talking about in the next few days, probably starting about 12 hours ago.
The NBA’s leading scorer, DEN’s Carmelo Anthony, was not […]
Carmelo Anthony is back
4 Comments Published by The Cavalier January 22nd, 2007 in Carmelo Anthony, Denver Nuggets, Memphis Grizzlies, Suspensions, Allen IversonTonight’s the night - Melo is unsuspended and ready to gear up against the Memphis Grizzles.
The Nuggets have certainly gone through their share of changes in the 15 games he’s been out - Earl Boykins is in MIL now, and of course Allen Iverson is in Denver.
As for how Melo is feeling about his return, […]
Allen Iverson is ejected
27 Comments Published by The Cavalier January 3rd, 2007 in Philadephia 76ers, Trades, Denver Nuggets, Allen Iverson, BeefWell, things didn’t go quite as planned for AI in his reunion with the Seventy-Sixers last night.
Not only did his brand-new Denver Nuggets lose a home game to the lowly Seventy-Sixers, but AI turned the ball over a lot, pretty much played like “not good”, and then got himself ejected in the fourth quarter.
The best […]
Allen Iverson is playing the Seventy-Sixers
0 Comments Published by The Cavalier January 2nd, 2007 in Coaches, Cleveland Cavaliers, Philadephia 76ers, Trades, Denver Nuggets, Allen IversonWe already wrote one entire version of this post, and thanks to our skill with the ALL-NEW WORDPRESS, we totally erased it and were left empty-screened.
Thus, we move forward, and attempt to rewrite the entry. Of course, none of this introductory information about how we already wrote this post was included in the previous version.
We […]
